Don’t let the emptiness fool you—the food here is absolutely delicious and authentic! The vegetables were fresh and generous, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor. They’ve been in business for 10 years, and that says a lot! To be fair, we came close to closing time on a Sunday night, but the owner was still super friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth trying!

Rat ngon. Came from Canada and my auntie brought me here cause I was craving some banh xeo. Was unexpectingly good cause it was in a ghost town of a mall. The owner was super funny and cracked jokes all day.

Got takeaway from here and it was incredible. Such a great spot and the owners seem lovely. Super fresh, piping hot and made with care.

Definitely one of the best viet pancakes around!! A bit tucked away so look out for the sign as it’s in a very quiet area. Got both the banh xeo and banh khot, and it was so crispy and fresh! It came with a mountain of fresh herbs and veg, seriously amazed by the freshest of it too. Very generous!! Just two items were very filling too! The lady took our order and went straight to the back to make it so it’s as fresh as it gets! Super friendly couple, will 100% be back to try the other items on their menu. Note cash only.

Just a husband and wife crew so temper your expectation on the pace of food coming out at this place. It is so worth it though as everything we ordered tasted amazing - fresh, quality ingredients used and it felt like eating at a family friend's home than at a restaurant. Brisk, no frills service, signature black tea flask and facial tiasue box at the table, this is as authentic as it gets. Food was non-greasy, cooked to perfection crispiness for chicken mince wrapped sticky rice and the banh xeo. The fresh young herbs accompaniments really elevated the dishes. The Banh canh Bot loc cha ca was tapioca noodle soup was full of depth and flavour with good texture in the noodles. Would recommend to visit during non-busy periods as it can take up to 40mins for your dish to come.

Absolutely loved it. Try the Vietnamese specialty Banh Xeo (crepes) which they absolutely nail and serve with a generous portion of various herbs. Or give the banh beo a try - which is my favourite - little rice steam cakes with delicious toppings and sauce. Great service and great value.

Husband and wife restaurant that provides home cook food. A good surprise, there is no rice on the menu, just different authentic Vietnamese food. The amount of veggies they provide is a lot and not the cheap stuff either. The tea is blended by the owner ands tastes great. Overall a good restaurant with tasty food.

Absolute Hidden Gem, that is a must. The most fresh, delicate and delicious Vietnamese food. Great friendly cheerful service. Don’t let this very quiet and unassuming place fool you. I would give 10 stars for the food. I’m definitely coming back.
